We offer two studio accommodation units: Apartman Studen and Apartman br. 2. Both apartments accommodate up to 2 guests and are located at Kneza Miloša 5 in Vrnjačka Banja.
Close to the promenade
The accommodation is in a flat and peaceful part of the spa town, sheltered from noise, and very close to the main promenade, restaurants, shops, bakeries, cafés, pastry shops, and the local market.
Equipped studios
The apartments feature comfortable beds, a functional kitchen, bathroom with towels, air conditioning, cable television, internet, and mosquito nets.
Courtyard space
Guests arriving by car have a dedicated parking space in the building's courtyard.
A place to unwind
In the courtyard of the single-storey building there is a seating area under a large parasol, surrounded by greenery and flowers. It's perfect for a morning coffee, a short break, and relaxing in the fresh air.
A dedicated corner
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. There is a designated smoking corner in the entrance hallway.
Registered accommodation
Apartmani Studen are registered for stays using tourism vouchers.

A building with character
The apartments are housed in an older, traditionally built building — the thick walls provide natural coolness during summer months, keeping the apartments fresh and comfortable even without the air conditioning running constantly. That same character retains warmth in winter.
